Starbucks Is Coming to Alton!
Executed lease marks another exciting step in Alton’s continued growth
The Alton Economic Development Corporation is excited to announce that Starbucks is coming to the City of Alton.
The Dunn Development Company has executed a lease with Starbucks Corporation for a site in Alton, Texas. The agreement represents an important milestone as the developer continues moving the project forward.
“Welcoming a nationally recognized brand like Starbucks represents more than a new business—it reflects Alton’s growth, the strength of our market, and the opportunities being created in our community,” said Ivan Gonzalez, CEO and President of the Alton Economic Development Corporation. “This is an exciting moment for our residents and another strong sign that businesses and developers are recognizing Alton as a community ready for investment.”
The addition of Starbucks will expand Alton’s retail and dining options while creating new economic activity and employment opportunities. It also reflects the Alton EDC’s continued efforts to attract quality development and bring businesses to the community that residents have been requesting.
The Alton EDC has worked closely with Dunn Development throughout the project and looks forward to supporting its continued progress.
