Alton Celebrates a Successful 9th Annual National Night Out!
Community spirit, family fun, and strong partnerships highlight another memorable evening in Alton.
ALTON, TX – October 23, 2026 – What an incredible night for the Alton community!
The City of Alton and the Alton Police Department celebrated their 9th Annual National Night Out on Thursday, October 22, bringing together families, residents, local businesses, and community partners for an evening filled with entertainment, fun, and community connections.
Held at Sylvia Vela Park, the event enjoyed a fantastic turnout, showcasing the strong sense of community that makes Alton a great place to live, work, and do business.
Bringing Our Community Together
National Night Out is more than an annual celebration. It's an opportunity to strengthen relationships between law enforcement and residents, promote public safety, and encourage greater community involvement.
Throughout the evening, attendees enjoyed live music, a costume contest, local vendors, a car show, and opportunities to connect with Alton police officers and community organizations.
The enthusiasm and participation of families throughout the evening made this year's celebration especially memorable.
