Alton Chamber to host Product Development Masterclass for food entrepreneurs

The Greater Alton Chamber of Commerce invites aspiring food entrepreneurs, restaurant owners, and culinary professionals to an upcoming Lunch & Learn: Product Development Masterclass.

Do you have a recipe you believe could become a successful commercial product? This practical session will explore the strategies and steps needed to take a recipe from the kitchen to the marketplace.

Participants will learn about:

• Product-development strategies

• Commercial-kitchen optimization

• Steps toward commercialization

• Preparing a recipe for commercial production

• Moving a food concept to the next level

The masterclass will be led by Elizabeth Davis of MIRNA Food Business Academy & Consulting, who will share practical guidance for entrepreneurs interested in building and growing a food-based business.
